How do you ensure the freshness of your baked goods during shipping?
All items are baked to order and sealed in moisture-retaining, eco-friendly packaging. We use express climate-controlled shipping to ensure your bread and pastries arrive with bakery-fresh texture.
Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements?
Yes, we have a curated selection of gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free products. You can filter these options directly on our shop page, though please note all items are prepared in a facility that handles flour and nuts.
What is the shelf life of Stora Bageriet products?
Our sourdough loaves last 4-5 days when stored in a cool, dry place, while pastries are best enjoyed within 48 hours. Most of our breads are suitable for freezing for up to 3 months.
Where do you deliver and what are the costs?
We currently deliver nationwide. Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to ensure premium handling.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin our fermentation and baking process shortly after receiving an order, modifications can only be made within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged or the quality is not as expected, please take a photo and email us at [email protected] within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
